New Construction Financing loans provides short-term funding to cover the cost of building a property from the ground up.
Obtain financing for up to 85% of the purchase price + up to 100% of the renovation costs.
Loan Criteria
Collateral: Non-Owner Occupied Single-Family Properties; Condos; Townhomes
Term: 12-18 months at lender discretion
Loan Amount:$50k – $5M
Max LTV to ARV up to 70%
Max LTC: Up to 75% of the lower of land value or purchase price / 60% if un-permitted, plus 100% of construction.
Max 80% of total project costs.
Minimum Property Value: $150k**
Credit Score: 660 Minimum
